The Sylamore comes with a walnut neck, a 26” scale length, Richlight fingerboard, S scoop, adjustable two-way truss rod, slotted headstocks with Gotoh slotted peg head tuners, 12” two-ply pot with a Renaissance head.

The Sylamore banjos are our answer to the many emails we get from our students and others for a more affordable banjo. The neck & pot is made in our shop by us. They take less time to construct, but are still rewarding to build and play, and we always pay attention to the details that count when it comes to the sound and playability of our instruments. These banjos are first come - first serve, we don’t build them custom or made to order, and no deposit required. The Sylamore banjo is great for beginner and advanced player alike, and has the durability to travel for your many miles of tunes!
